The Parties agree they will not contest the choice of law and venue provisions in this Paragraph.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAttorneys’ Fees. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Purchase Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which such party may be entitled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReview By Counsel. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and represents that he\/she has been given a full and fair opportunity to review this Purchase Agreement with an attorney of their choice and that they have satisfied themselves, with or without consulting with counsel, that the terms and provisions of this Purchase Agreement, are reasonable and enforceable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeverability. In the event that any provision of this Purchase Agreement is found to be void and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the remaining provisions will remain to be enforced in accordance with the Parties’ intention.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEntire Agreement.
